Day-Of-Coordination
You’ve played the role of JLo in the movie, The Wedding Planner, but you need someone to execute on your behalf. It’s time for you to enjoy everything you have done and be present on your special day. Let’s connect approximately three months prior to your wedding day so that we can learn about all the wonderful things you have planned and gather all the details. We will review all of your vendor contracts, create a logistical schedule with them and work with you to prepare a personalized timeline of the day. Vanessa Victoria Weddings & Events will be fully present on your wedding day to ensure that your event is flawless!
Wedding & Event Design
Many brides love to be heavily involved in their wedding planning process. I know- because I was one of them! This package is for the couple that desires some guidance with respect to wedding design. We can assist with developing the look of your tablescape and floral design, stationery, rentals and any decor for your day. The sky is the limit! We will also put you in touch with the best vendors that fit your wedding style and/or theme. This is the perfect service to help you achieve your vision!
Event Consulting
Vanessa Victoria Weddings & Events also provides consulting services for anything wedding and event related. Perhaps you are planning your own event and you are not sure where to begin or you require venue or vendor recommendations. Ask anything! We will take all the notes and do the work to provide you with a fulfilling answer that will ease any of your concerns.
Additional Events
Our event planning company is certainly not limited to weddings. If you have a special birthday, engagement, bridal shower, baby shower or religious sacrament that you’d like our planning and design services for, we would love to help create your special celebration.
